NRFC is in the unique position to cultivate a portfolio of strategies and partners that are engaged at the regional and national levels to help build the field for Rural Community Transformation.  NRFC has developed in partnership with a diverse Learning Network specific learning outcomes, collaborative practices, and evaluative models to elevate this work.
