Collaboration
As the basis for the structure and grantmaking strategy for NRFC, collaboration is key to the work we do both nationally and regionally. Over the last three years, NRFC has been intentional in engaging regional strategies that operate in a collaborative way with diverse partnerships. Over the years, NRFC has come to recognize that collaboration is a delicate balance of partners often times working with an agenda that must be flexible and sometimes open ended. In working this way, we have learned that key to these relationships ability to be productive is in the early idenfication and commitment to outcomes and values.
